I'm filling out the I-129 right now, it asks for an address where my beneficiary intends to live in the US. He will be living with me, but I am moving residences in about four months time. For now should I just put my current address? Is there a process to update with my changed address once I move?

Thanks!

I would just put the current address where you're living. By the time they look at your i-129f a bunch of the info you fill out may be outdated, but I don't think they expect us to see into the future to changes of address or employers. I would assume that you could change the address on one of the forms you submit before or at the interview. Unless you're 100% of what your new address will be, don't worry about it.

If it helps, my fiancée filed a petition that was received on the 28th of July, and we moved to a new home on 14th September. We entered the OLD address as the address in which the beneficiary intends to live in.

No issues in terms of approval, our petition got approved on 21st February. Do rmb to inform USPS about the changed in address and apply for mail forwarding because my fiancée and I informed USCIS on the change of address via online inquiry but they still return my fiancée's birth certificate (certified copy, not original or photocopy) to the old address.

Now, we are just planning to offer the dated mortgage agreement as one of the proofs of domicile.

Hope this helps! ❤
