Reaffirmed case

Can anyone help me about my case who's approved by the USCIS and sent back to the nvc.

I'm from Senegal and after the first interview my case was send to the uscis for a possible revocation but after a year,the USCIS send a notice to my wife saying that the case is approved and sent back to the nvc.aftet checking to there site it says that the case is last update on February 16,we call the nvc ,they say that they don't receive anything yet.

Congratulations because your case was reaffirmed.

 

My husband received our NOA2 the first day of February, and we haven't been able to get a case number yet at NVC.

Even when your case it's going through NVC and it will be a different procedure for it (Not sure), I believe the backlog is affecting every case that NVC has received after December 2017, since I've seen many others that are still waiting for them to give the assign the case number.

 

I would stay calling NVC every 2 days, even if they say yo call in 2/3/6 weeks, just call them every 2 days.

Exactly like this, call them, every two days, that won´t harm youre process and you need to know that they receive it and you also need again case number etc.
