THIS FORM IS FOR PEOPLE WAITING FROM ABOVE 90 days FYI which is a biggest lie of the year. 

 

I know everyone like me is being frustrated from this long wait BUT one day everybody will get positive results & then we thank VJ 😍 for making our hopes up & positive. 

 

I REQUEST EVERYONE TO PLEASE MENTION HOW MANY DAYS THEY ARE ON.

The rule is 90 days from arrival in the US, not 90 days from filing a petition....

Then that is your problem right there is making wedding plans. Don't get mad at me because you made wedding plans and now you might miss them.

@Shav It also says that it should take 90 days to get your EAD while you are in your AOS. I have now been waiting almost 7 months! You just have to wait like the rest of us.

yes we got the mail on 6 February fyi before that we didn’t know about that January 30 thingy 😐 and yes then my fiance have to go to ny to post by himself as he work in Virginia, Washington DC 

so thats y we sent on 12 February 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well, since they can't leave the country right away, I will be spending time showing them around the US.  The Statue of Liberty will be a stop as will Disneyland!  We may cross paths at some point.

what would you do if you had married in your finance country and then filed the I-130 instead of I-129F and your waiting well over a year, closer to 14-15 months to see your spouse get here...what would you think then?
