Ahan you are right

that’s just the time frame to get married👍🏻

But before this they didn’t mention that we have to wait for 💯 thousands years to get upto 90 days frame

100 thousand years is a wee bit of an exaggeration you know.

It took me about 206 days to receive an NOA2 and that was when the backlog was very backlogged. Things are more backlogged now. You received an RFE very recently, so it sounds like someone is looking and working on your case. Did you reply to the RFE? Was it replied to promptly? If so there should be no reason to believe your case won't have a result in a month or so. You are within standard processing time.

Also do not count weekends or holidays in estimating your approval time. You responded on the 12th. How many days did it take to arrive there and omit the weekends? There was a federal holiday on the 19th so omit that. You're well within appropriate processing time.

Permanent residence?

Also, you applied for K1 in July 2017? Your case is not outside the normal process time.

dude.. don’t get me wrong...believe me I know how frustrating the waiting is...and so do so many others on here

but you are still in normal processing time and saying that the 90 days are a lie, is not true because nobody promised you that everything will be done within 90 days and if somebody did it’s wrong information

Also what people are not seeing is according to his timeline he got a RFE on Jan 30th and he responded to it about 2 weeks later.
