Only requirements are 1) meet within previous 2 years, 2) be free and able to marry.

Those are only ones. Family, friends, multiple visits not required.

As for the interview, each embassy is different but seems you checked a lot of good "boxes" off with family knowledge, multiple meetings, ect.

But right now processing is 10-12 months it seems so much more time to build your relationship, even maybe couple more visits..

But again for filing, you have met the requirements for the I-129f petition.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

02/03/2017 - Married

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

Since you have already met you can file now if you feel confident you have sufficient evidence of a bonafide relationship. It is good that he has met with your family so provide evidence of that as well if you have it.The relationship may be young but if you are confident this is the person you want to marry then nothing is stopping you from filing now.

You say you visited him also. Was it in the US or another country? You traveling to see him is also a good sign.

If you want to wait until after another visit with each other you can do that also.

The K1 process is currently taking longer than previous times. The process can be anywhere from 9 - 12 months before you have a visa.

Yes, you sure can continue to visit him.

Here is an ongoing thread about visiting while going through the process...
