Hey guys :)
We got our NOA2 1 month and 1 day ago! and our case was received at the embassy in London about 2.5 weeks ago and then finally our case was 'ready' exactly 2 weeks ago. Since then I've booked my medical and I've booked my interview but I still haven't received packet 3. Some people say that they don't even ask for packet 3 at your interview but others have said that they will ask for it, does anyone know who I can contact to find out if I'm going to receive my packet 3 soon?

Packet 3 is just the lists of items and things you need to book medical and interview and what to bring to interview.

You don't need it for the interview. Knightsbridge ask to see it at the medical to verify your case number, but you can show the email from NVC that has the LND number on it, or print your CEAC status with the case number and they are ok with those.

You may contact the embassy using the contact form, but others who have not gotten the letter were told they don't resend. Contact form https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/visa-information-services/contact-us-immigrant-visas/u-s-embassy-london-visa-unit-contact-form/ Use the reason:

  • My inquiry concerns immigrant visas and is not covered by information on your website.
