Ugh!! I hope you get yours soon!! - I saw a few April approvals too that have not received - probably is a glitch with the error that cause recall.

Yeah, USCIS told me to file for I-90 so I did.

Ok, I am not talking about transfers, I am talking about "received" at local office. For hundreds (if not thousands) of other people, the "received" at local office has not done anything - especially not interviews. Too many people have been spreading this false information. You can check in this thread and the regular filer threads for proof.

Your brother's case must be an outlier because no one on VisaJourney who filed in October 2017 has been interviewed/approved yet. Unless you meant October 2016, in which case it was a coincidence with the regular processing time.

Sorry. It says received at the local office.

California center and yes October 2017. Chicago local office.

I just checked my case status via phone and was presented with the following message " We transferred your case to a USCIS office and is now pending processing per standard wait times...." Has anyone else received this message ? I am a November 2017 CSC filer

Ah!  I must have stopped following this thread as it started degenerating into posts that were not on topic.  I know some people received their notices, but I was really not expecting this as I know that a new NOA should be coming that reflects an 18 month waiting period.  For us, we hope to have USC out of the way, so that may help us avoid an unnecessary InfoPass.

Hey everyone,

I am a May 2017 filer and I wanted to give you a little bit of insight.  My status also showed that my case had been transfered to the local office firstly in Feb2018 and then again in April2018,  I know there was a lot of talk about wether this was a mistake or if an interview would come next, so I waited and kept my eye on here to see what was happening.

On June 16, 2018 I received a letter from Vermont service centre stating my case is approved and I will receive my new green card in the next 30 - 60 days.  There was no interview and my case was never transferred to a local office.

For those who may not know what is going on, I hope this may help you a little.  Good luck everyone.

Congratulations. But you’re lucky since you filed in Vermont. However, this is no positive sign for those of us unfortunate enough to had to file in CSC, where processing times are going to have to start being counted in years not months.
