People here are saying they got message Transferred to Local Office.

But they did not get such.

The message said Received in Local Office.

Big difference.

Received in local office just means moved from one location to another location within the same building.

Much confusion results here when people report incorrect, misleading and confusing info.

And those who don't show their time lines right below their messages cause a lot of unnecessary problems for the rest of us also from wondering about:   What center, When they filed, When they got X report, etc., etc.

Results in the blind leading the blind.

Hello Everybody,  I got the same notice as many that my case was transferred to our local office and then last week I received a letter advising my case was transferred to Nebraska.  This is puzzling (read worrisome) as 1) Im located in Florida 2) I filed for removal of conditions in Nov 2016! . I have called the CSC and they could not give me a reason as to why this transfer was done, nor how long will it take to have any other news. Nebraska does not have any info on timeles for  I-751 filing.  My inquiry was escalated and I am still waiting for an answer.  Anybody on the same boat? any advice?  Thanks in advance!
