Case Was Received At My Local Office

Guys, there’s no need to attack other people on here. We are all worried here and I am just merely sharing what I have been told. I requested to speak to a tier 2 officers via the 800 numbers twice and both of them ended ip calling me back this morning. The officer at field office actually called his supervisor about my case when he couldn’t explain the transfer. They did confirm that despite the transfer status, my case is still at CSC and in queue for interview since the field office is only processing cases as of 11/2016. Again, no need to calls names on here. I am just desperately wanting this process to be done as much as you all

infopass is done by appointment, a one on one visit to uscis, office. Maybe I am missing something so forgive me if I wrong

It’s no big deal.Just wished that USCIS is more transparent about their procedures and policy so that none of us would be on here instead of enjoy our life.

So they know for sure you'll have interview?

This is just a theory. Maybe everyone is considered in line for interview until they decide to waive the interview for you kind of like AOS when people got interview waivers.

That is a possibility how they look at it, but it's not possible to personally interview everyone and do in-house visits.

I think the USCIS was repeated a scripted line.

What's this about?

On an unrelated note,  if you try to see case processing times , you are unable to select the office; thereby unable to see the case processing times. Probably another maintenance coming soon .....

It's been like that since about 11am this morning.. I-751 processing at CSC September 11, 2016 when I seen it late last night.
