If we check tomorrow . . . and it says March 6th, then we will know  that USCIS is just providing a service in letting us know what  day of the month it is . . . just in case we don't have calendars.

Hey guys. Someone on the December 2016 forum said they just received a notice that there case  (originally filled on 12.2.2016 CSC) Has been transferred to a Texas Service Center! Maybe thses are the notification that the "new website" says we should be recieving by 3.28.2018 🤞🏼👏🏽👏🏽🤞🏼🤗🤗 progress

Just saw it too. But so far this is the only one person from thousands of us, hope we will get some kind of letters as well regarding our transfers.

I dunno guys, it seems when they really actually move our cases to another office, they use the word "transferred". The messages that say "received" at local office don't seem to be transfers. If so, we would have gotten letters by now, surely?

So it seems you got citizenship approximately 4 months after filing N-400.  Is that correct ??

So why any excitement about having your file transferred to another office ???

 

Does it mean that there is some lateral movement . . . seems so, if that appeals to you.

Rearranging deck chairs on Titanic ?

 

Does it mean any quicker resolution?  I don't think so.

Hmmm.. pretty close to five actually from the date of submission to oath.

@Leo7777 in my opinion any movement is good movement. Some services center are working allot faster than others. Case in point VSC in comparison to CSC! So is there a possibiity that a transferred case may be processed quick? Absolutely!!!
