Thanks for sharing this... you helped me realize something... seems like there are two different website to check case status.

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

I think the screen capture you provided was from the latter link?

I had no idea that other URL existed. That's ridiculous and duplicative. I'm glad to know it exists even though it really doesn't say anything helpful. Dunno what that is about waiving filing fees...because I sure as heck paid it! Ugh.

Neither did I, this is smth new to me. But on this "new" site my date still says they got my case Feb 26th, and they will beging to process it. Also on case history it says abt waiving fee, I've never requested and paid for everything...

I had to create a new account for this site. My other account doesn't work there.

Now that is very interesting... I just signed up for this (second link) account which is new to me. And the date is marked with Feb 26th. "We will begin..."

On the other link, which I used for years, the case shows up with transfer on march 5th.

But I like that it says " if you don't receive a notice by march 28th..."

Me too, even it sounds too good to be true, lol

Will see:)

Do you have in your case history anything abt waiving fee also?

Yes, the other WAC# says the same as on every other case tracker tool... fees were waived.

Still waiting for my check refund :-p

Also very confusing it says the case was submitted Feb 25th, sounds for me like I just sent them my case, then it says they received Feb 26th. Maybe it's the date they meat by submitting from central office...

Expecting a March date too but still 27th Feb.

As I stated before this kills the monotony of the long wait so it’s welcome.

Just saw your are from Florida too... I wonder if our state (local offices) speeds things up!

Yeah I am, my local office is in Fort Myers, I hope they not busy too much. When I went there to  infopass in Sep. it was almost empty,  some of FL offices are crazy busy so it depends where you live.
