It means the computer program spit out the date of March 5 to replace Feb 27.

Other than that . . . it means nothing.

Absolutely, the 90 day window is meant for you to know the EARLIEST you can file your N-400. But you can file it ANYTIME after the 90 window starts. NO DEADLINE. Is different from the ROC 90 day window which does have a deadline pertaining the LATEST you can file.

I too just received this message from USCIS through the case tracker app with the I-751 form's receipt number: "On March 5, 2018, we received your form I-751, etc"

However I'm a May 2017 filer, so I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing, especially with my husband will be out of town for a whole month beginning of April which means if they want to do an interview with us, he won't be able to be there for it. 

 

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS UPDATE MEAN? I got this screenshot at 3AM last night.

No one really knows. Everyone's is saying that and whenever they call USCIS, they all say its a glitch, a possible prompt for an interview, or to distribute workload.

No still waiting for the date to change to March. I just saw some indications in July 2017 that might be a possibility. 

 

Either way this breaks up the monotony of the long wait so it’s welcome.

We are the July 2017 couple just receiving a letter yesterday about being approved.  Our attorney also received the same notification and inquired further just to be sure this wasn't a mistake.  All of us are guessing that our paperwork was forwarded to our local Pittsburgh office to be reviewed and it was approved before the online system was repaired on Sunday.  So, the glitch with the system was more than likely a repair to a system not operating properly.  Once repaired, it would populate everyone's notices with March 4, because that was the date the repairs were made.  Therefore, we are assuming that anyone with that notice on the online system probably had their files transferred weeks ago and that decisions should be forthcoming for many more of us.  Meanwhile, we were not interviewed for AOS or ROC so the transfer of files is just an attempt to spread out the load from the California Service Center.  The same may be occurring for the Vermont Service Center.

No.

Several have talked directly to their local offices and have been informed that their files were not in fact transferred to the local office.

It used to show if you registered and logged into their system, then looked up your case numbers while logged in. Now the case history seems to be gone (at least for me).

I am in Pittsburgh too. That's crazy you were approved already after only 7 months.

 

EDIT: Wait if your local office is Pittsburgh, why did your case go to CSC?
