This might be good news for everyone, except AnGeLxX !!  :-)

Bad news for AnGeLx as for anyone getting RFE.

But good news . . .

USCIS website shows VSC is working on ROCs filed Jan 23, 2017.

But AnGeLxX filed ROC March 20, 2017 and USCIS has at least looked at the file . . . that's how they came to ask for additional info via the RFE.

So does this mean that VSC is about 2 months ahead of what they have posted on  their website?

The Jan 23, 2017 processing date for VSC is as of December 31, 2017

I-751 journey

10/16/2017.......... ROC package mailed

10/18/2017.......... I-751 package received VSC

Take a look at this link, they are sharing the workloads with local offices. However, it I-751 isn't listed on here:

https://www.uscis.gov/workload-transfers

It seems your first sentence is not true.

I see nothing on the website you referenced that any 'local offices' are involved in the sharing.

Sharing is between Service Centers which is a more or less frequent happening.

I am convinced that these case transfers are the result of a system bug/glitch.

However, just for giggles, I just sent an email to csc-ncsc-followup@uscis.dhs.gov asking them if they could shed any light on the subject.

I also sent a case inquiry for a 'Non Received Notice', because if my case has been transferred, we should be getting a case transfer notice, right?

Lets see what mis-information USCIS come back with.

I'll also be asking at my Mis-InfoPass appointment on the March 13, 2018.

I think we have some more evidence that this whole thing was just a computer glitch.

Remember the one person who mentioned they got notice of file moved to local office on a Friday (23 Feb I think) and then on following Tuesday got notice that 10 year card was being produced.

However, that person was an April 2017 filer, so was probably due for completion anyway.

But for those who filed in later and much later months, and hoped her example would apply to them, then we have some results (or not).

A whole boatload of us received notice of files moved on Feb 25, 26, 27, etc.

As of yet, I haven't heard that any of this later group have had any movement on their cases.

If I am wrong . . . let's hear.
