Does a K 1 visa have to be in a language other than English?

Is it safe to mail completed application from Manila via DHL or FEDEX?

The petition must ONLY be completed in English.  Any documents submitted in support of the petition in a language other than English must be accompanied by an attested  English translation

 

USCIS accepts courier packages just be certain to use the correct address

Thanks for the reply!  I will be in Manila for 3 weeks.  I dread the six to nine month wait for approval.  Is it safe to mail the package from  Manila via courier?  My plan is to save two weeks rather than wait  till I get home to mail from   US address

Fed Ex has worldwide service.  Subject to the normal risks of any package sent from even inside the USA

Depends on what service you choose...  3 -7 days depending on your budget

FedEx or DHL are fine to use. The more you have that you are willing to pay, the faster it is likely to get there.

 

That said, it sounds like you're aware of the current timeframes (6-9 months for I-129F approval alone, and ~8-11 months from I-129F filing to interview). Personally, I'd rather spend that time enjoying myself with my fiance/fiancee instead of filing immigration forms and mailing them off to save maybe a week or 2 total.

It's just two weeks anyway, plus it would probably be cheaper to ship it back in the US.

That's what he was going to do but ship it to the USCIS.
