I also got better news this week guys, my family and I decided to go to see my fiance and his family in September for his brother's wedding. So Im feeling a bit better about NOA2, hopefully it comes in June so maybe he can fly back with us but even if it comes a little after we won't have to spend so much time without seeing each other again. So back to a "funner" countdown. T-MINUS 4 months.

YAY that is exciting! Something to look forward to in this wait!!!

my fiancé and I have definitely decided that if we get to September/October with NO news (yep, thinking of a Plan B) that he will come out to Australia in December for Christmas. As much as I hope we don’t wait that long, it gives me peace of mind that no matter what happens, we will get Christmas together ☺️

I'm going to see my fiance in 10 days. Yaayyy!!! NOA2 can come anytime they want. If it's my time then it's my time. I just had beauty treatment with much better service than in the US. I told my fiance, I'm expensive 😁

I am not expecting us to get anything until a few weeks into starting Jan. We are Jan 22 so a little silly to think it could happen first week 😂. but that’s okay because it’s going to be exciting watching all the approvals come through for everyone else ❤️

Yes! Thinking about plan B is a good strategy. I'm hoping none of us get to Christmas without our fiance's with us, that would be ridiculous. But you're right, better prepare for the worst. We didn't have plans to see each other until POE but my parents got excited about going to meet his family so we made up a week-long vacation there. That way the families can meet, we can spend some time together, and we can all be there to support his brother.

I agree that everyone needs to stop spreading negative energy on this thread.

We are all on the same boat and we all want the same thing.  Initially when everyone applied it is expected that it won’t be an easy process, some will be luckier than others and get early approvals and some will have to wait longer.  Either way, we have a lifetime to spend birthdays, holidays, anniversaries with one another.

For now, enjoy the ride.  It’s just another chapter in our book we call life.

Sending positive energy to everyone! 😃

I know riggghhttt? There's always something I would miss from my home country. That's why I told everyone here to focus on what you have now and don't worry about what you don't. You don't get the NOA2 now why should we add more negativity? Just focus on what's in the now like enjoying the best treatment from your favorite salon, spending time with your honey when it possible, eat your favorite local food.

For those of you who didn't pay attention, I just met with my fiance last March 😉. We just can't keep each other's hands off hahaha please stay spreading positive energy in this forum. Our time to be together with our love ones will certainly come!
