I'm sure it isn't! Who knows what'll happen in the next few months! :D

Meanwhile USPS still hasn't delivered our packet to USCIS, yesterday was our delivery date but it's still 'in transit' :'(

Ah well, it'll hopefully turn up next week...

Omg @RambaCat I'm on the same boat! It says it arrived in Dallas on Friday but not to the actual P.O. Box :( I'm thinking it will actually get there some time tuesday and hopefully we will get the email late this week (crossing fingers!). I'm also hoping for POE in November but the pessimistic part of me thinks it might be later. I've been reading some May/June/July threads and a user did some calculations about expected waits if the trends of rising wait time continues. Apparently, each month the wait is getting longer by 11/month and he calculated his wait at about 300 days. Meaning ours might be around the 350 days (almost a year :(:(). Anyways, I think our timelines are almost the same so... Hi bestie for the next 10 months!

@Naes When do you expect to have enough data to see the trends for July processing?

They might be delivered at the same time! Hopefully it'll go smoothly after that though...it'll be interesting to see if we get our NOA1's at the same time!

And I'm ever the optimist; I still have hope it will speed up a little over the next few months, I think there are a lot of issues because USCIS are consistently not updating online, but we've warned family that it isn't going to be a quick process!

If it takes 350 days, it'll take 350 days. It'll be hard, but after this wait everything else is done together! :D At least that's what my partner and I keep telling each other~

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

@Naes is asleep now, but... as far as i remember for the previous months, they need to have july rolling for about 2 weeks. it's hard now cos of the entire mess  with no online updates and just sending NOA2's out without notifications etc.. and also the holidays were sooo slow!

by the end of the month our superwoman will probably give some good input :)

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

Hi Everyone,

My fiancé sent our I-129 last Friday Jan 12! He’s from NJ and I’m from Canada.  We have been doing long distance for a year now.  So like all applicants we are praying for a smooth process.  So we are able to move on with our lives.

How long should we expect until we receive  our NOA1?

We plan to have a Catholic ceremony in Canada in May 2019.  But reading through different forums we might need to push the date back since I would need to complete my AOS too.

Good luck to all of us!

I think people recommend that it'll be 14 days maximum. The timelines suggest an average of 9 days - but hopefully you'll get it a few days after it is delivered!

Good luck, I hope the process is speedy and issue free for you! :)

Thank you! We hope so too!

Since we just submitted our K1 visa packet, when should we expect the whole process to be completed?

I can't say for definite - we've only just submitted ourselves - looking at older threads; May, June, July etc, some people from as far as then are still waiting for the process to be finished at the USCIS stage. If timelines stay as they are currently, I'd say perhaps October/November time, maybe even a little later.

I think we're all hoping that it will speed up a little, I certainly have my fingers crossed, but it's definitely worth watching those threads over the next few months to see how fast the approvals are coming in (difficult at the moment because USCIS are randomly sending out mail only approvals and not updating online, but with any luck that'll stabilise).

Sorry I can't give a definite answer, though! I think...expect the worst and then if it's any better than that it'll be a nice surprise?

Where did everyone’s petitioner send their I-129F package?  I just saw a post that said it should be mailed to the California address, that’s not what the USCIS website instructed to do.  We sent it to the lockbox via USPS at the Dallas, TX address.

Did we send it to the right place?

Dallas lockbox is right.

it goes to California from there, nobody sends to California( if anyone did that, it's not correct)

I will be joining the January fillers soon too, just wondering does anybody here just got divorced and will apply for fiance visa right away? I mean my ex and I has been separated for awhile now but only got divorced recently, I received my divorce decree this month only, and my fiance and I are so excited we don't want to wait any longer, he wanted to file my fiance visa right away. I hope this won't be a problem. ..😬😔😢
