Timeline

We filed our Petition in TSC cause it is the nearest to my Fiancé’s state. I just only noticed that our NOA1’s receipt letter is starting with a WAC which I read it was rerouted to CSC. Does this mean a much smoother approval? Or just part of USCIS division of workload? Tnx guys:)

All k1 goes to California. You didn't file it to tsc you sent to a Texas lockbox

@Naes my fiancé and i met online. Is it really a must to submit a copy of the signed written consent form that the IMB obtained from the alien beneficiary?

I have no idea what that even is?? Never heard about it.  You met online but I'm guessing it wasn't IMB site?

 

note that I also met online but have never heard of a consent form...

What's the chance to get K1 approved for an online dating site couple after 5 months of meeting in real life and only have met once and B1/B2 denied before applying K1?

The requirement that both fiancées must have met in person at least once within two years prior to filing the visa petition can be negotiable?

Not really.. I saw many many get denied when trying that... even religion won't justify it.
