It was rejected and returned on Jan 27th. He signed it, checked everything one more time and sent it again on Jan 29th.

He sent the money order, not the check

Then don't worry yet it does sometimes take longer. As it reaches them once it will reach them again.

Hello all,

According to USCIS's website, they're processing cases as of August 1st, like we already knew.  Hopefully they'll keep picking up the pace and maybe we January filers will get our NoA2s in 150 days?

Just for detail.

that means they touched up to August 1 as of December 31. First August approval came on February so give +1 month

They will send you a notification of rejection/denied of your paper right @Naes? Please enlighten

Yes and they won't cash the check or money order if it was rejected and the paper they send won't be a noa1

We had nothing from USCIS back then, and still have nothing :(

You will be fine. Don’t you worry. Your paper will only be delayed but as soon as you fixed everything you will be receiving your NOA1 as soon as they received it. Just make sure you doubled check or tripled check all the documents before you sent it. Breathe.. Breathe...:rolleyes:

Do you guys have a tracking number for the package? I would check if it reaches the box at least. Cause I know someone whose package never reached there so they had to send it again.

But they can file again(signing the unsigned form) together with their documents to UCSIS right? So i must say they are good to go. And just wait for their NOA1.

It says the latest date they touched so far is August 1. This doesn't necessarily mean sent approvals (as july didn't start seeing approvals till January 10) but either they were processing them before sending approvals or they are just playing with the data to give space for july inquiries and to make timelines better.

Right, that makes sense. How about the December 31st date though, what does it mean or refer to?

The date of the "data" stopped. basically they are saying this data is "as of" December 31st, because they put the data of 45 days ago and not from the date it was put. (you can actually find articles about this- this is their new way since 2017)
