Hello all,

According to USCIS's website, they're processing cases as of August 1st, like we already knew.  Hopefully they'll keep picking up the pace and maybe we January filers will get our NoA2s in 150 days?

150 days would be so good! :)

Their cases were not expedited, from what I read, it was just something about that date - November 16th, 2017. The 4 cases were all from that date. Lucky couples. I pray we will get lucky too.

Is the letter of intent she forgot to sign? What day did you submit your K1 petition?

It was rejected and returned on Jan 27th. He signed it, checked everything one more time and sent it again on Jan 29th.

He sent the money order, not the check

Did USCIS give you a receipt number upon receiving it the first time you sent it? If yes try to track it down in their website. Or better call the USCIS hotline for verification.
