We sent our petition on Jan 11 but still got nothing, no e-mail or hard copy of NOA-1

You will be receiving it anytime soon. Just keep the Faith.

Good luck and have patience to everyone who sent in their I-129F application this month. Today marks one year since my petition was received. Still no NOA2.

Praying for your NOA2 to arrive soon. Keep the Faith. 🙏

Good day co-filers. I am just a bit confuse cause it was stated in our timeline a couple of days ago that our paper will be adjudicated on Aug.2-Aug.5, 2018. But when i checked today it is changed to Aug.3-Aug.7,2018. May i know what caused this movement? Tnx everyone.

It moves back and forth... depending on the people in vj getting approved and updating their timelines. Those are just estimations don't think about them much.

Hey, I’m Carmen! Nice to meet you all! My fiancé sent the application in January and we got the NOA1 on 26 January. Good luck to all of you! Can’t wait to be with him...I’m visiting him in May for his graduation. I’m from Romania :) I was wondering, do you think there is a problem for them if  we filled the application after 4 months of relationship and we got engaged when he visited me on Christmas? I mean, if they will consider it weird or something like that :(

I wish all of the January 2018 filers good luck!

I’m a January 2017 filer and I’m now in the US with my partner starting our lives!

We are getting married on Feb 28th so we are preparing for the rest of the dreaded paper work.

my advice to you all - The wait is hard, but use your time you have left at home wisely! Make lots of memories with your family and friends and save, save, save as much money as you can!

If anyone has any questions i’d be happy to try and help!

thank you! and congrats on the upcoming wedding good luck with the rest of the paperwork

When I look at past and current statistics of K1s being processed I don’t see any statistics for petitions denied.  Is this because the majority are denied at the embassy level or these statistics are not collected?

That's a good question. I've wondered this myself.

While looking at case numbers close to mine I see that some get denied right away due to missing a signature, improper filing or wrong fee sent in. But don't know if any petitions are denied later on in the process or if they only get denied at the embassy level like you mentioned.
