Hi everyone!

I've been lurking here for a bit but this is my first post. I love to see all the approvals that are posted so I thought I'd share mine.

Petition submitted - Jan 24

Original received date - Jan 26

NOA 1 - Feb 1

NOA 2 - Aug 1

181 days - exactly 6 months!

My USC fiancé got the email yesterday afternoon (Aug 2) but didn't see it until we were on the phone later than evening (while I was at the nail salon lol) and he decided to check the 'new' website while we were on the phone and there it was! It was dated Aug 1 even though we checked like 3 times that day and nothing. Happy to be over one hurdle!

Congrats to all those who have been approved and praying for those yet to hear anything. I'm sure it's right around the corner!

Congrats! That is great news!  My 6 months is in 1 more day!  Hopefully we will be approved by then as well!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Yeah the medical I knew about. How can she schedule an interview with 2 receipt numbers and 2 Ds160 confirmation numbers. That still doesn’t sound right though.

When you go and schedule the interview use mom first and at the end it will ask if you have anymore to schedule and you answer yes and then you'll begin to enter the K2's information. The question will come again whether you have more to schedule if your finish then answer no.

Because I am a multiple filer, I had to submit a letter requesting a waiver to the multiple filer rule and explained the circumstances surrounding the prior k1 petition.  This is not a suggestion, a waiver request is mandatory .  Search the forums you will see.   If I were the petitioner I would prepare the waiver request now and either send it in to marry up with the petition or have it ready for the RFE

can we send it now wzout getting RFE ??

I would send it now, but chances are it may be too late and might still generate an RFE 🤷‍♂️

Any approvals today for Friday ?

On 7 July I contacted USCIS because I had sent them a letter regarding a typo in my petition and I wanted to correct it.  Anyway? I called because I had not received acknowledgement they received my letter, so I put in an inquiry.  I got a letter in the mail today saying my petition is within normal processing times and I will be adjudicated within 45 days....

um, that’s not why I called you 🤷‍♂️
