Don’t worry they won’t deny your petition. But yes, most likely you will receive an RFE.

My fiancee is the USC petitioner btw.

I really hope so, it's just so frustrating you know? We paid good money for a service thinking it be for the best. Never would we have imagined this happening and them forgetting a crucial document in the process. If my fiancee or myself had filed the petition we would feel more confident.

Thank you for your reply though.

Completely agree. Dont worry they will process your case soon. Like I said before, focus on your future wife, spend time with family and things will move that you will barely notice. Have a great weekend.

That would be great if so to get more approvals this weekend.  Hopefully we will be one of the approvals.

I do have a somewhat random question. Since I Petitioned for both a K1 and K2 Visa for my fiancé and her five year old daughter, does that mean that the embassy/application fee needs to be paid for both? Does that also apply for when completing the DS-160 application? I find it weird because it only requires one of each and one passport number to schedule the interview unless I was scheduling 2 interviews. I’d love to hear any theories or help with this. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yes a DS160 will need to be filled out for each person including children and the fee must be paid for each, including medical

Yeah the medical I knew about. How can she schedule an interview with 2 receipt numbers and 2 Ds160 confirmation numbers. That still doesn’t sound right though.

You will schedule 2 interviews but k2 will attend with k1.  I know it sounds strange .  Just make sure the appts are on the same date lol

Ahh I see I guess that makes sense. That just means it will be more expensive than I thought. Thanks man for your input. Good Luck on your Journey.

I changed my address online and was sent an email immediately stating to allow up to 30 days for the change of address to be updated. I received a second email less than 9 hours later stating my address had been updated and I called USCIS to confirm and it was in fact changed.
