You might try both options below.

First try shooting off an email to the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

Second try your U.S. representative's contact information can be found in this handy directory, and your U.S. senator's information is in this one.

If you receive a response and it contains anyone of these sentences this will be the meaning of that phrase.

If the CSC response is due to a congressional case worker inquiry, the service center will say "security checks"

If the CSC response is from a regular service inquiry from their website, the service center will say "adjudication"

Thank you sooo so much for your help. It means a lot! I’ll do all that ☺️❤️

Hi guys. Tell me please. If I have K1+K2 -means my case will be not touched longer as only K1? Any opinions?

I am really happy about all approovals yesterday. But I am really dippressed about my case... 01/18/2018 (old)-01/22/2018 (new)

@Greenbaum can also the beneficiary email the ombudsman? Or only the petitioner?

It shouldn’t matter if its k1 or k2.Do not worry and no not be depressed they will get to everyone. Once they touch your date it will take approx 30 days before they go through most that are on that date. Lucky ones get to be first and see approvals in the early 180’s and the rest they try to get to by 210. I honestly wouldn’t worry until you got to say 230. 200 is the new average- some will be sooner and others will be later.

Oh how I hope we wont reach that 210 mark and beyond. 🙏🙏🙏

But I honestly believe in everyone’s own time. We will get approve if it is already our time.

And for the others try to distract yourselves maybe, these days are soooo damn hard when you are waiting... :,(
