Question....if my fiance applied for a visa before to visit and was denied did that need to be reported on the i129-f ? I know it asked other questions if he'd been in the states which he hasnt but he has applied for lottery and tourist before...

On any document that that question is asked, yes it has to be reported. I'm not trying to be cute here but this is serious. If you don't answer or divulge the information they are asking you face a ban from applying again. Do you want to risk that. Answer every question, whether paper or verbally, with the truth. You'll be much better off. Believe me they know more than you think they know about you. Someone not long ago, who will remain nameless, did not answer a question about his pass because he had a case long ago that was expungement proceeding and the case was expunge. He didn't realize that it had to be exposed and so ticked the "NO" box and the answer should have been "YES".

I only point this out, not to single you out, as much as to let others know what could happen if they don't provide what is asked for and do it with honesty.

Your RFE, did you get notified of it on the new site or did you receive it silently in the mail?

The new site was updated on Friday 27th July (RFE date was Thursday 26th July) and we received the hard copy on Monday (30th July). Couldn’t believe it arrived so fast!

Hi. Does anyone have a link to instructions specific to the London embassy? I think we have everything sorted already but I just want to make sure we don’t miss anything! We don’t have our NOA2 yet but we sent our RFE back yesterday so hopefully will do soon! Thanks in advance 😊

First of all, if you haven’t already done so, make sure you complete your DS-160 and request your police certificate.  Now that you have your case number, you can call Knightsbridge to schedule your medical exam.  You’ll need to give them your case number when you schedule your appointment.  Once you have your exam scheduled, DS-160 completed and have everything else that you need for your interview, complete the Notification of Applicant Readiness Form and when your NVC case status changes to “In-transit” you can go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv to create an account and schedule an interview.  Make sure that you allow at least 5 working days between the date of your medical exam and the date of your interview or risk the results from the exam not arriving in time.  For your interview go here https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv/  or call here 442074867822

U.S. Embassy London is pleased to inform you that we have received an approved petition in support of your

fiancee) or K3/4 visa application. Please refer to our website at https://uk.usembassv.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ for detailed instructions on preparing for your visa interview and scheduling the appointment.

In accordance with 9 FAM 41.81 PN3.2, please find:

•        One copy of the petitioner's approved Form I- 129F, together with any criminal background information (including information on protection orders) that USCIS has gathered on the petitioner and any information that USC1S has provided regarding prior Form 1-129F filings by the petitioner.

•        One copy of USCIS's pamphlet, "Information on the Legal Rights Available to Immigrant Victims of Domestic Violence in the United States and Facts about Immigrating on a Marriage-Based Visa.

Issuance of a K visa is not guaranteed. A Consular Officer will evaluate your case and make a final determination

You are advised not to make any travel plans until you receive your visa.

Should you need to communicate with the Embassy regarding your case, please provide your case number exactly as

it is listed below.

Hi Guys,

I saw someone already asking this few times.. but I can't see anyone's respone.

So for those who got NOA2 today - did you all receive uscis e-mail/txt notification? Or you were checking new website regularly?

Thank you all in advance and congrats lucky people! :)

Most are finding their status using the website. email/txt notification, if it comes, is weeks down the road.

I'm so sorry. I'm over 200 as well and have been having horrible anxiety. I pray we get our approvals soon. Stay strong!

TP. how do you do that where you do the @ at a person and make it a link to them?

The @ is used when you want to draw someone's attention to your posting.

So, If you quoted someone, then you do not have to @ their name to the post as all your doing is duplicating the means to which the person is notified. But if quoted someone else and you want this @ person to be involved in the post then you would use the @ function. I hope that clarifies how the @ should be used.

You don’t need both birth certificate and all pages of passport.  You only need all pages of passport if you are using it to establish citizenship.  Otherwise you only need the indentification portion and coountry entry and exit stamps
