Hi Guys,

I saw someone already asking this few times.. but I can't see anyone's respone.

So for those who got NOA2 today - did you all receive uscis e-mail/txt notification? Or you were checking new website regularly?

Thank you all in advance and congrats lucky people! :)

Hi. Does anyone have a link to instructions specific to the London embassy? I think we have everything sorted already but I just want to make sure we don’t miss anything! We don’t have our NOA2 yet but we sent our RFE back yesterday so hopefully will do soon! Thanks in advance 😊

I did not get an email or any notification although i am signed up for reminders and for email notifications. I found out because i saw someone had been approved today and so just out of daily morning routine logged into my account and saw that we had been approved!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Question....if my fiance applied for a visa before to visit and was denied did that need to be reported on the i129-f ? I know it asked other questions if he'd been in the states which he hasnt but he has applied for lottery and tourist before...

Hi Nikki,

I'm going through the next stages at the moment and I'm UK based. The best thing to do is prep for your medical-get your vaccination records, medical summary-letter from GP if you have any past medical issues. The medicals at the moment are running 4 weeks behind, so there is a 4 week waiting. Will this improve/reduce? I'm not sure. Your petitioner can get all their paperwork together. You could do the DS-160 before your I 129F gets to London if you havent already (we done ours at NVC stage). The sub-forum for the UK is excellent. Can't highly recommend them enough. Good luck though.

Your RFE, did you get notified of it on the new site or did you receive it silently in the mail?

I know for sure there's a question if you were denied a visa before, you should say yes

For those seeing their approval online -  is it showing on the site in the morning or does it vary the times of day the approvals are showing up? I'm checking every hour and going crazy, lol

I just checked here and they don't ask if the person has had a visa denied before. They ask only if someone has applied for a fiancé visa before. Your fiance will be asked about this on his DS-160 though.

I can't tell for sure. I know they didn't send me an email even though I opted for email notifications. I checked around 5 am CST and it wasn't there, checked 10:32 am and saw the approval! No notifications whatsoever
