If you guys are freaking out just during the first phase of K1 I wonder how you will feel once you get to the AOS phase....EAD/AP not being able to work, travel.....Guys seriously start preparing yourself, this isnt joke.

Hahaha i’ll still freaking out in the same way.

freaking out it’s my normal state of mind.

1000% drama queen 4 life 👸🏽😂😂❤️

I think ever step have good and bad moments. Right now I’m already living in US without a job, for me the hardest part it’s schedule my interview with my ticket back to my country. Everyone have a different reason to freak out, specially the couples that stay apart for so long.

Been lurking in these threads since I applied in January.

NOA1: January 12 (old website)

             January 18 (new website)

NOA2: July 26

I was checking the old and new website everyday and on Friday 7-27 it said approved on the new website. It still says received on the old website today. We received the NOA2 today but the notice date was July 26.

Congratulations 🎊🎉

Personally for me, it's just hard being apart from my fiancee. After I'm with her and dont have to deal with Skype and texting anymore we will be practically out of the woods. The being apart thing takes it toll on any relationship. Specially for people who have been in one for a long time 😐

Exactly the same for me. I get that we still have a long wait ahead of us with everything else, but at least I’ll be with my man by then which will make it more bearable :) Hang in there!

RFE received about 1 week after notification date (yesterday).

1   English translation for divorce decree (this has been a difficult item to adress due to the religious state of that country and the non religious wedding and divorce).   Got that done.

2   acknowledgement of "criminal record".  despite the fact that the "crime" committed didn't fall under the i129 "specified crimes", because I was forthright about an arrest in 97 (I wrote a bad check), I must now find the records.  Drove all night to that state to see what I can find.

Baby is due in two weeks.  Really don't have time for this!  But glad we're making progress.

   January 11 filer.

I just got back home to Indiana yesterday. I spent 6 weeks in Warsaw Poland with my fiancée. I was hoping to hear something about our NOA2 while I was there, but that didn’t happen. It was nice seeing her but it’s always terrible when it comes time too leave. This was the fourth time I’d been over to see her in the past year. This time I took my 8yo daughter, and I flew my mom over and she spent the last 2 weeks with us in Warsaw with us. This was the first time my mother and daughter had met my fiancée and they got along very well. My daughter was a little jealous of her because she’s used to having Dad all too herself. So hopefully this was the last time I’ll have to go see her. Plane tickets and apartments get expensive. Plus she lives in Belarus so she has to travel to Warsaw. Hopefully the NOA2 will arrive this week. Our NOA1 date is January 23, so it should be any day, hopefully.

Does anyone have any information or know anything about the timeframe of the embassy in Warsaw?

Good luck everyone

Mark

Well, I completely agree, but if you browse around and read some posts, that doesnt always happen. People once they land in US and, married and send their AOS package they seem to forget that everything they only wanted once was to be close to their loved ones and start focusing all of their energy on EAD/AP.....thats when you are tested, wishing to call USCIS every single day, engaging your congressman etc etc etc......believe me, read AOS forum and that is what you are going to see, people should spend more time enjoying their families, friends and reading some of the AOS Fillers to have an idea what is yet to come....

Hi Mark!

I live in Warsaw, Poland I also applied K-1 Visa from here. I don't know a lot about exact dates but there is nothing to be stressed about :) From what I know it takes approx. 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. I will be sharing any info I get -  here at the forum - once my NOA2 is here and process starts.

Best to all of you,

Kama

Gooooooooooood Morning my early thread writers😄!One more day to shout out to USCIS that they need to do their job...NOW hehe! it was odd to not see any approvals yesterday, i actually thought we would see finally that avalanche of approvals but nah.

Today is 185 days for me and I feel anxious😖! I say we all go and volunteer to review our own file at the California Service Center hahah😅!

Guys I wish you all the very best Tuesday and let's hope for approvals...specially mine haha JK😁

I’m sure we will hear of some approvals yesterday, it’s still early.  Many haven’t checked their status yet.

Now I have hit 200, it is kind of sad now to wake up and there is no email from USCIS.

I think 200 is the new 180 lol,   Not too many 180 approvals anymore.  You will hear something soon
