Hahaha we all feel that!! That uscis has something with our case! I have a question when you see processing times in vj not in uscis page what they are based on?? Igors list?? Or updates?? I mean that still has a purpose?

It’s based on both I believe. When and if people put there info in it updates vj time lines. It’s just a rough guestimate. Sadly seen today someone still waiting after 404 days.... makes r waiting seem minimal.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

This is what I actually trying to convince myself. I should not feel pressured to rush things because in this stage of processing Patience is already a Virtue, what more in the stage of aos,ead and ap when our bills are running and taxes are needed to be paid? :lol::lol:

For those of you who have received an rfe you can ask for tier 2 and they can fax the rfe to you. I received notification on Saturday that I got an rfe and I expect the us snail mail to take a week to get to my location in the east coast from the west coast so I had them fax it to me. I just said something along the lines of I want to start working on my rfe as I know it has a hard deadline and can’t be extended.  I downloaded a free app called FaxBurner and it gives you a free number and faxes or right into that app.

They won't fax it. It needs to be sent snail mail. They don't want the information to get into the wrong hands and that you then sue them. It's just general protocol to send it by mail.

False. They faxed mine to me today. You think I am making this up? Now what they won’t do is email it. I asked her to do that and their systems are not set up for that.

Personally for me, it's just hard being apart from my fiancee. After I'm with her and dont have to deal with Skype and texting anymore we will be practically out of the woods. The being apart thing takes it toll on any relationship. Specially for people who have been in one for a long time 😐
