199 days active. My fiance got super excited when he got a text message from USPS that a mail will arrive today. But I checked the website and it is still received so I told him it is not from USCIS. oh well. :(

But who knows?? Keep the spirit up. Our approval is on the way.

I will be joining the 200day club tomorrow.

Yes, who knows maybe it is one of those cases that they forgot to update the website. LOL. USCIS is very inconsistent.

Yeah me too, joining 200day club and not ecstatic about it. Good luck to us!

Hello everyone! Quick question :)

I've just looked through the docs needed for the medical exam in Kiev, Ukraine. All I need is my case number, and to know my visa type. Looks like I can undergo my medical even before the docs arrive at the consulate as long as I get my case number from NVC?

Have you tried asking someone with the same embassy as you are? Or a forum here for Ukraine Embassy? They will be of great help to you.

If you are only processing in HK or Philippines then atleast I can help you @stacyt 😊😊😊

I would really like to know how USCIS works. So we've never received emails from them and this month of July we started receiving emails from them every two weeks stating that they are still working on our case. This started just this month and we didn't sign up for it.

The strange thing is that we received an email on July 16th saying that they last took action on our case June 18th but are still processing it. Today (July 30th), we received another email saying they last took action on our case June 28th. If that's the case, then why didn't they inform on the July 16th email that they last took action on June 28th since it was two weeks past? Makes no sense to me.

Btw, my dates are:

Old site: Jan 16th

New site: Jan 19th

If we didn't wake up to them, then probably only tomorrow morning.
