I've been following VJ for a few months now but this is my first time posting.

 

We were approved!!!

I received a text & a e-mail at 6:22am Eastern time this morning. Only the new site is showing the update.

 

Sent: 1-11-18

NOA1 Old Site: 1-18-18

NOA1 New Site: 1-22-18

NOA2: 7-27-18

I found this website a few weeks ago and have been checking it quite frequently. I really like how positive and supportive everyone is. I sent my application on 12-28, and got my NOLA 1 on Jan 5. I just received an RFE yesterday 7-26. I have no idea what it could be! A delay but not a denial!! Wish you all the best!

GUYS!!!! I checked my email this morning thinking it was going to be nada like it has been every single day these past 2 weeks but lo and behold there was an email from USCIS saying that they took action! WE ARE APPROVED!!!!! 

NOA1 Old: 1-12

NOA1 New: 1-18 

NOA2: 7-27 :jest::jest:

Congratulations all for your approval so happy to see all these approvals 🎉 still waiting on mine trying to keep my hope up. Hopefully my fiancé is here in December when i give birth🙏🏼

9 days away from the 200 day mark.

Im ln the same boat like you dame dates and nothing! I hope we get some news, seeing eveyone getting approved makes me happy but i feel mine is getting forgotten.

We aren't forgotten! Never let it get you down, it's possible the case is delayed for a myriad of reasons and "being forgotten" is the least among them. :)

 

Be patient, keep talking to your fiancee about the future and look forward to that! Do not let uncertainty drag you down.

Those were my dates, keep up the hope I know how difficult that can be. I was actually considering 7/31 as my 200 days.

There are many varying degrees of RFE's. Some as simple as not "ticking" off a question. Others, forgot the fiancé(e) letter and then others who met on a website and now need to prove that it wasn't a marriage arrangement website.

 

Here is a list, though it maybe old but the RFE's are still current of what some are receiving. Yours may be one of them.

 

Once you get your RFE, read over very carefully as you only have one chance to reply accurately without causing undo harm. Once you know what it is set out to correct and to include "everything" the are asking for. Then reread the RFE to insure you are compliant. Make copies of everything for your record and send back using their instructions which are contained within the RFE. If the RFE requires a signature, PLEASE don't forget this. Once received at USCIS your case will begin adjudication where the agent had left off. No one can tell you how long it will take so be patient.

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued
