No, they are January 11 in the old website. So, i am starting to think that USCIS has only touched up to January 11 and no farther than that. :(

Hi all! Congrats to everyone on their approvals, and good luck to those of us still waiting.

Hoping that my approval comes any day now, I've started to work on preparing things for the next steps of the process. One question I have is about the I-864 my fiancé will need to bring to his interview. For proving capability of providing support, does anyone know if the Guangzhou consulate requires 3x the income requirement or 5x?

I am currently living and working abroad in China, and my taxable US income is near zero, due to the foreign earned income exclusion. So, though I make enough to meet the requirement, it does not count for this test, and I will have to either use my assets or a joint sponsor. From what I've read, I-864 at the K1 process only requires a minimum of 3x the income requirement, and 5x for AOS, but some consulates have a higher bar and require 5x at the interview. I can't find any information about the Guangzhou consulate, and was unable to reach anyone helpful by phone.

Thanks!

They might be January 18 of the new website and not the old one, which make a huge difference tho. The new website had made it super hard to know what dates are really getting approved. :(
