Hi! They didn't respond to us either. We assume that after NOA2 we can call and ask about the change address if they've received it or not. Thus I'll just leave Dubai once they say it's been transferred to Ph already. Hard to go yet. haha.

When my Fiancé  called uscis they said they will get back to us after 30days about our transfer request. That’s one good point too. Call them again after noa2. Or email NVC for the transfer when it reached there. For now that’s our second option.

NOA1 January 17 (submitted date 16) on new website

NOA2 July 25

 

So far updated only on the new website, nothing in the app or old website. No mail yet.
