thanks but it def doesn't go to my spam I get an IDS email everyday.....lol

It's just been my experience that I have seen others where it went to their spam folder and they didn't see it till someone pointed it out. It's funny how these things work where someone gives you help. I bet he wished he had IDS email ….. lol

Sometimes when someone offers their experience it is not only directed to you but to others in the thread. :D

@Randy kelly and @raissadefaria  Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile from others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I just put more informations on my profile. Thank you so much and i’m sorry about the inconvenient .

People, we need to remain positive and optimistic. No one dies as a result of not getting approved, we have to keep living our lives and the approval will come when it will or for those of us who are religious, it will come when God says its is your time. In the meantime, keep living your life as usual and checking your visa status, dont let this process drain you. You survived before the K1 visa process, you will survive after this too. Some might be transferring the anxiety from their case not being approved yet to their fiance or into the relationship, it is not healthy. Your time is will come soon, is not today, maybe tomorrow or the next day, remain positive always. And give thanks for making it this far, we are almost there.

Very great viewpoint! I did the same and didn't worry about the wait. In fact I did't check the USCIS site or this forum for a couple months at a time as I saw the delayed processing times and I know I'll get a notification once its' ready. What I did do is continue to build my relationship with my fiance, prepared everything for what I need to provide for their embassy packets and save/prepare for her arrival, which I estimate to be Oct/Nov. It did help that I visited her a few months ago as well as have had two close friends go through the K1 process two years ago. They went from petition filing to POE in 6 months so I've been jealous haha. But this is out of our hands, out of our control. Waiting is part of the game, we just need to relax and focus on what we can control.

With all that said, congrats to everyone who has been approved!!!

Your right in that they are asking for all pages of the passport but be careful when you say "they won't care too much esp if you're the applicant" which is not true and very dangerous. This is serious and USCIS takes what you say or don't say seriously. You MUST adhere to their instructions or face denial. They don't play around. Please read my statement above to another person in this thread. I'm just trying to help you to help others with factual information. I try not to speculate on what USCIS wants or doesn't want. For what part of the I-129F is this for? For citizenship? Meeting in person? For evidence in meeting the form states "passport pages". Neither the form nor the instructions state all passport pages must be included. I'm curious where the need to copy all pages comes from?

I used my passport card as a piece of my proof of citizenship. For evidence in meeting in person, I sent copies of the main page of my passport and the pages of entry/exit stamps for the last two years.

I agree with every word. WE submitted  pages of our both passports, even though my fiancé couldn’t understand why they want blank pages, I told him they need to see you’re not hiding something. Based on the above posts though:

1) the application is sent and there’s nothing they can do unless they get RFE so best not to stress this person even more.

2) there’s someone who was approved after sending just stamped pages so there’s a chance.

I'm pretty sure if beneficiary didn’t send along pages, this is guaranteed RFE

My lawyer sent me a list and it said all pages of both passports, but if I’m not mistaken for the applicant it was optional- birth certificate or passport all pages

I don't see anywhere where the beneficiary need to send all the pages of their passport. It was only an option for the petitioner or the USC, either copy of birth certificate (front and back) or copy of all the pages of the USC passport valid for at least 5 years.

Not every approval comes with a smile and yeah this what happens to me :(

got approved and honestly idk if we'll still do the k1, no call and texts for almost two months after she went back to US, I tried everything but she easily said just leave everything behind and respect her privacy. having a moody girlfriend and not talking when things get bad is very bad on a relationship, i even questioned myself a million times what i have done wrong but there's none. TBH my heart hurts and this is really painful :( can i still try to apply the visa and if ever i get approve i personally want to talk to her if we can work things out and i know this is a gamble.

Congratulations on all of our approvals!

I wish you all the best of luck!

Don’t surrender for love. Keep winning her back. It is just a challenge to your relationship. I know there’s still room for reconciliation. Godbless you...
