Hello may i ask regarding of evidence of engagement, how many pictures to be provide at usem , we have a lot of pictures saved?

You only need about 8 - 12 photos. What I did was take 4 photos and arrange them on a word document, then did the same for 3 more pages. I have a LaserJet printer and the prints came out really nice. I doubt it will work on a normal inkjet printer so you may want to go to a nice print shop to have them printed. But, don't be surprised that they ask for them but some do and some don't. It's best to have them in the even the ask.

Soooo, we didn’t copy our 129f form. But I do have the proof, LOI etc on my computer. Plus an I29f form filled out on the computer but ISNT the one we sent in (we sent in handwritten answers, although answers are the same, obviously).

I’m fairly certain the Sydney P3 instructions said include a copy of your 129f packet... *shrugs* If I need to, can I print off our typed answer form? Or just admit we didn’t photocopy our form? Or just not worry? Is that what you meant by overkill... I know you were answering someone else. Sorry to butt in.

Your not butting in. Everyone here has questions and that why we are here is to help and support each other. I just read over the P3 and the I-129f is not listed. Seem strange they would ask for a document that they were given when you applied almost a year ago. They scan everything so it's not like they don't have access to your I-129f.  Here is the P3 instructions https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ws5bsSQru7Axg8SthLUANj1kx5pm8QNG/view

I dug a little deeper in my stash of P3 letters and found the checklist for your Embassy  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DKRc5bBmpL5fesrMAP1RRLwucTnjOB6Y/view?usp=sharing

Here is what I think someone is referring to about sending the I-129f form again. This was found on the check list. What is meant by this paragraph is that if your NOA2 approval date is older then 4 months they want a letter asking them to extend your expiration date for interviewing, for another 4 months. The NOA2 is good for one year but is extended in four months increments.

Revalidation Letter: Copy only

• Your I-129F petition may expire by the time you attend your final visa interview. To revalidate your petition, please have your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) provide you with a letter requesting that your petition be extended to a further 4 months from the approval date of the I-129F petition. This letter must be dated and signed by your fiancé(e) The letter from your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) should state their intention to still marry you within 90 days of your arrival into the U.S. with the K-l visa and that you both are still free to marry.

I highly doubt that wanting to get child in to class in time for start of the school year is a reason for a expedited case. Since it’s not a hardship reason I don’t see it happening.

Heres a link for the criteria for expedited cases.

Congratulations dulations on ur approval.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
