Hehe yeah  I know that the website say December 22 but I'm not talking about the  December filers, it was about January filers. :P . I wanted to know what date from JANUARY had last been touch and iwir said that a January 19th had been last touch, so i was saying that maybe the January 19 was from the new website...etc. Get me now? :)  I don't want to know according to the website but according to the last date that has actually been approved. I am just getting the feeling that my day (Jan 26th) will definitely get touched sometime in August

We can all speculate on when we get our approvals. I'm feb 2nd and tbh don't see. I'm guessing oct. won't complain or worry as it won't help. All we can to is wait and occupy our time.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I've seen someone from January 19 got approval. It's one day before my date. I'm thinking they might start January 20s filer sometimes next weeks

If you go on Igor's list and sort by date sent we can speculate that they've touched up until Jan 12 (sent date). My sent date is also Jan 12, but my received date is Jan 16 and my notice date is Jan 19. The problem is that mine took a couple of days to get there since it was sent from Massachusetts and it was a long weekend after Jan 12. So they didnt work on the 15th. So it's hard to know what these people refer to as their NoA1 date, i.g, if they go by old site or the new site.

It's a shame that we don't have scans anymore. Most of us have followed other month's scans and when they get to us, we luck out lol.

Yeah I guess that makes sense. Mine was send out on a Friday (Jan 12) from Massachusetts. Then on that following Monday (Jan 15) it was MLK Jr day so they didn't work. So they only received it on the 16th.

You probably live closer to Texas than my fiancee does so yours just took a day to get there. Then they probably just grouped two days of filers ( Jan 16 & 17 ) and sent notices on the Jan 19th. That would be my guess lol.

May I ask if you had the email and text notifications turned on? I'm just asking bc if you did, and they still didn't send you anything, then I'm gonna check thrice a day now lol.
