193 days here! Now I  realized how  it  feels to see approvals  past your date .  Certainly,  not complaining just saying. :P

I just have to remind myself that everyday is one day closer!

I  am happy for those  who got their NOA2 approvals....    hoping  for us still waiting to  receive ours too...soon!

It doesn’t matter if it is not exact the same pictures as your sent 129F packet. As long as she has pictures of you together to be presented to the CO during the interview.

Thank you!

At what time did they send you the email?

6:24 am Eastern time according to the email. Wonder if they they input data during the work day then the whole system updates in the middle of the night when no one is working (as I imagine the system would be slow/stopped while it updated.)

You are only 4 days ahead of us. And few more days from now we will be belonged to the 200 group. Hehe

But we’ll get there into our approval. Philippines is one of the fastest embassies to process. Who knows we might bumped with each other there.

Hi! Did anyone make copies of the I-129F pkg? And if you did is it an exact duplicate of documents and pictures? Cause I just have copies of the documents we submitted, not the pictures and the exact layout for pictures.

Finally getting our NOA2 package ready.  We’re being proactive 😊.  But like we said l, we only have the copies of documents.

That's overkill. It's not needed nor is it asked for. The CO has in your file on their computer. Can bring it up anytime they need to. Save your breath and hard earned money.

My fiancé sent a letter to CSC for a US embassy transfer from HK to Manila. According to the USCIS rep., they already received our Mail and we’ll get back to us in the next coming days. So yes hopefully @Greenbaum it will be directly sent to USEM.

Day 197 for us 🙁🙁🙁 nothing yet, done with checking every day maybe i need to get my mind off it for now and just let things develop on there own

on a positive note i will be leaving on vacation to see my fiance for 3 weeks in Philippines this saturday

There are some things you can work on while you are there if you find time.

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

Any one from mexico with similiar dates? so we can follow up ?

It's easy to find someone with similar timelines. Under your profile on the left hand side of the page you'll see "timeline". Select it. Then look a little ways down you'll see "similar timelines" select it and you will be given about 12 people that you can begin to follow. Once you see someone that your interested in following and getting updates on their status then choose under there profile "follow this timeline" and you will be connected.

And that's why I also included the checklist (which is USEM's Packet 3) from the Embassy's website as that is how they are directing people. They are emailing now and no longer mailing. What's electronic is the file going from NVC to USEM.

Sorry, I am old and don't have much of a memory. I remember you telling me that about a month ago. The HK flag in your profile confused me.
