NOA1: January 4 (new and old site)

NOA2: July 16

 

Long wait is finally over! silent approval i guess! i was trying to check the status on the old site but it's still received status. i locked my account on the new site that's why i can't check the status then someone told me to create a new account instead then BOOOOOMM!!!!!!

 

btw me and my fiancé didn't receive any email about the approval.

Thank you I am not in a panic just wanted to know my husband is not a citizen of SA so I didnt know if this clearance was for citizens only such as the Unabridge BC that is for citizens only. Thank you I will research it!

The marriage clearance is something we are discussing as embassy specific info. If you are not going the thru the embassy in Joburg SA then dont worry about this info and all K1 applications go thru CSC unless otherwise notified by USCIS

 We have the exact same dates! Got approval officially on July 17 but didn't show up till the 18th. I had to hold my breath while I checked since they just send an email saying 'we have taken action on your case' and was just desperately hoping it wasn't an RFE. Never have four simple words been more welcomed & uplifting!
