Ladies, thank you for always keeping the good spirit here. I find myself quite frustrated lately... My date has been skipped over and that is not helping me to stay as positive as I would want to but I know there are so many earlier filers waiting as well... Just a little bit more time ^_^ And my fiancé is COMING TODAY which will definitely help me stay sane at least for this little bit while he's here :wub:

Truth be told, I think I've had more meltdowns this past 2 weeks than I've ever had in our relationship. :rolleyes: I know we are SO close, but you just to that point of being over it. Have a LOVELY time with your fiance! Maybe you'll get news while he's there??

Somehow its comforting to know that i'm  not the only one going through the wheel of emotions. There are days  when you feel strong and positive..other days  you just feel anxious. Lets not forget to thank our partners who stays cool and supportive in this journey.

 

 Anyway,  no matter what our time is here and just around the corner ..lets continue to pray more approvals to come, not only for Januaries but for others who filed earlier.

I totally feel you, ladies! One day I am super chill and "of course we can do this, it is okay and we will wait as long as it takes" and another day my poor man has to listen to me crying that I am giving up because it is too hard and I can't be patient anymore. It is very calming, reading throught posts of real people, struggling exactly the same as I am - this is hard and we are in this together. 

I am really hoping for an approval while he's here because I can't imagine my nerves then, after he leaves, on our day 203 :jest:

Hey I don’t know if you saw my post yesterday. I too felt my date, January 4th, was skipped over and I felt annoyed. I finally called called USCIS and they told me on the phone i was approved. I have not received any emails or website updates.

Hi everyone have just found this forum :) what a great (huge) community :D hoping everyone receives their approvals soon! After so many long months of waiting it's so exciting to see our month is finally here :P

8/23/17  --- Received hard copy of NOA

9/11/17  --- Biometrics Appointment Done

10/17/17 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received 

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

2/21/18  ---  Approved on the Spot

  • 1 hour after the interview received uscis mobile app alert
  • Status changed from "Interview is scheduled" to "New Card Is Being Produced

2/26/18  --- Received hard copy of NOA for the Green Card

2/26/18  --- USCIS Mobile Status changed to "Card was mailed to me"
