January 2018 Filers

I just found this website and was so excited to see other January filers! It’s such a long process and can’t wait to be done!😁 our case received date is January 10th. I just used that number, mentioned above, to inquire about our application and was informed that it hasn’t been accepted yet.😕 I love seeing all these approved cases though! Can’t wait to see more and hopefully ours will be one of them!😃

i called the number too i got a southern gal, i could barely understand her, and she talks way too much, she was yapping  on and on about outside processing time and the fact that i didn't reach 7 months yet'. My heart was pounding out of my chest until she said no one has touched your case yet I had to be nice and just listen and nod so it doesn't affect my approval hahaha

I got the southern gal too! She did talk a lot and about halfway through I realized she wasn’t going to give me any new information.😅 I’m anxiously awaiting! I love hearing that other are getting approvals! It’s just so nice knowing that there is a site with others that have about the same date as mine!

Day 194 today for me and nothing old website receive date jan 3 new website jan 6

Did you try calling to see if they approved you? I am jan 4th and nothing on old or new but the tier 1 person on the phone said i was approved.

 

You should try calling and talk to the person not the machine.

I just got off the phone with uscis they said my case is still within the normal processing time and if i dont hear anything within the next 3-4 weeks i can call back she did mention i should be hearing something very shortly not sure what that means but still hopeful

Hopefully that is good news but do not wait 3 to 4 weeks. There normal processing time 210 days so if anything call back after 210 days.

It means  wink wink. shhhhh it's coming soon. That's USCIS code that she sees some activity on your case and you should know something soon but she can't tell you that or they may take her out back to face the firing squad.

Janubees! lets keep hoping praying and staying positive!  I have made it a point to check the app and new website once a day as well as make sure I pay attention to my informed delivery because at one point I didn't believe I would hear anything but now that it is "our" turn I am making sure I don't skip that notification
