While you are waiting you can read up on what is needed for the interview. Maybe you can get some of it done before the file arrives at your Embassy.

Oh nice! I lived with a host family as an au pair in Redwood City - that is super close to Half Moon Bay ^_^ I am the beneficiary, the one wondering really hard how the heck move my entire life belongings and all sentimental childhood stuff in one luggage! Our petitioners have it much easier, right? :jest:

We have talked and planned on my move there. To make it sound fancy I call it mobilization plan 😅

Oh no I won't make my fiance life much easier before and after I move there. So I have warned him and lay out the plan together about what he has to do or else I won't pack my bags and move there. He started it with emotional emergency kit everytime I break down and anxious about living a new life there. I don't know why I love to call many things with so much fancy names hahaha

We should keep in touch @I.Kat. I've never been to Czech republic. What should you bring from your home country to make you feel home in California? I told my fiance we should plant kefir lime tree because I'm going to need it's leaves for cooking. We're lucky local nursery here have one!!!

Since I have been wrong from the start assuming I am a January filer, I will continue be confused/wrong sticking with the January thread. Checked the website this morning, Approval!

Received date: 29 Dec 2017

NOA1: 04 Jan 2018

NOA2: 11 Jul 2018

Surprisingly no REF because we didn't follow some of the guidelines such as signing with a black pen, scan all pages of passport.

Congrats! I did not use all pages of the passport either just all the ones with stamps. And only included one side of my birth certificate because the other side was blank (apparently most members include a blank page for the other side that says blank) Hopefully I don't get RFE for that! I had no idea about the black pen rule. I honestly have no memory of what color pen I used haha
