I may be very very back behind. I just found out the NEW website today. I was reading that there is a +5 days to our notice date. 

So out of curiosity, I signed in to have a look. There is no change in my notice date which is still 4th Jan. I am confused now. 

 

Anybody able to enlighten me?

The old site goes by the received date on your NOA1 and the new site goes by the notice date on your NOA1.

Jan 26th: Mailed I-129F

Jan 29th NOA1

Feb 2nd: Check Cashed

Feb 9th: rcvd hard copy of NOA1

Aug. 28th Notified of RFE being mailed

Sept. 1st received hard copy of RFE in the mail

Sept. 4th mailed response to RFE

Sept. 10th received txt that my response to RFE was received

Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Oct. 13th received hard copy of NOA2

Oct. 31st case arrived at NVC

Nov 2nd received case number

Nov. 19th Case is "ready" to schedule an interview

Feb. 14th Interview (2019) APPROVED!!!!!!

 

AOS

July 24th: mailed AOS pkt

July 31st: received txt msg of receipt numbers for all documents

Aug 5th received NOA hard copies dated July 31st

Aug. 9th received Biometrics letter in the mail

Aug. 19th Biometrics appt.

Sept. 20th notified of RFE via website 

Sept. 25th Received hard copy of RFE (copy of BC)

Sept. 27th Sent response to RFE

Sept. 30th Response was delivered

Oct. 2nd... Response to evidence received updated on website

Feb 12, 2020 case is ready to schedule for interview

Feb 12, 2020 New card is being produced (EAD)
Feb 13, 2020 Notification that EAD  and AP was approved

Feb 18,2020 received hard copies of AP and EAD approval

Feb 18,2020 notification AOS interview scheduled and EAD mailed

Feb 20, 2020 received EAD card

Feb 24, 2020 received interview letter (March24th)

Aug 4, 2020 received notification of new interview date(rescheduled because of pandemic)

Sept. 14th new AOS interview
Oct. 30th AOS approval

Nov. 9th New card is being produced

In this case, I have been in the wrong thread. 

My received date is 29th Dec.

My notice date is 4th Jan.

It’s ok I have the same dates and I’m in both threads:whistle: we are most likely December since the scans are based in received dates. 

AOS/EAD/AP ->: 11/29/18 - NOA1: 12/04/18

Biometric NOA:  12/14/18  Biometric Appt: 12/26/18

Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview: 1/16/19

EAD/AP approval: 3/18/19

AOS Interview Appt: 6/4/19

AOS Interview: 7/10/19

AOS Approved: 7/23/19

GREEN CARD IN HAND: 7/26/19

What happened to USCIS California look like they are didnt work today ???

:o-_--_-when look at this today its sad !!! Hope n pray tomorrow will get some approval 

Today is 185 days :(

Someone just posted in the December thread that Wednesdays are usually pretty slow with little or no approvals, which I have not realized before :mellow: Well, on the bright side - we can take a day off from checking the website constantly :jest:

Fooling around with the case tracker app.  By trying some different random numbers and hitting one that was right, I was able to see what's going on for December 20.  Looks like about a 10 to 15 percent approved rate so far.  They are still waiting by and large.  (Our date is January 11).

204 days...December 20 filer and no answer. Was wondering the same thing, didn’t see any approvals yesterday on VJ website.

this wait is killing me! opening this everyday is making it worst. Seeing still working in December, no approval yesterday. Uggh I tried to be as positive as I can but it looks like its going to be at the end of month when we really see approvals for January rainning?

Well, for all us this is hard time exsually.. Even if we are from January we still can see how many RFE they got in Ukraine embassy for example.. 

I am from 01/18 but I feel also like this should happen tomorrow-and every day like this. If to include that we can not meet till we will know at ;east result its horrible and makes me to be depressed... So yes, I understand you but have patience as all we do.  All will be good. Because it comes soon. Otherways you know what to do after 210 days

Girl, i am right with you! I was extra happy that July was coming up because i thought we would see January approvals quick...but it's totally the ooposite. NO approvals for january :(  USCIS is wanting to kill us with this waiting game!

I am a January 26... you are probably right.  :( 

my sentiments exactly (also jan 26th)....since i sent out our packet i estimated it to be around mid-late august... womp...
