Hello January Filers! December is somewhere between 37% and 44% "touched", so I'd expect them to continue focusing on December for the remainder this week.

I would expect to see the first few January cases (by "old website" date) start to be updated either at the end of this week, or more likely, sometime next week. Usually after that, we see the first week's numbers stay pretty low and then start to ramp up on the 2nd week of processing the month.

Good luck to all, hang in there, your time is coming soon! And when it does come, it will all be worth the wait!

thank you for this update

in November my timeline said July 31- August 4... then suddenly it went up to August 14- August 20 something...then yesterday it said August 6th and now August 7th- August 12. I check it every day (except for weekends) :P Mine at the beginning did not move at all even when i heard that other's timelines moved but then it suddenly started moving.

Timelines are great. But we got our NOA2 8 days before our predicted adjudication. Don’t be surprised if you get it in advance before your VJ timeline as things are about to get crazy. All your special NOA2 days are coming soon ❤️

@jakejon you mentioned that you are 100% sure that you will be getting an RFE. May i know what did you miss?

Thanks.

Oh we never got an RFE. We thought we might have for really minor issues (there was a few post codes off by one character, etc... ) but we never got one. You never know what they'll be picky about.

What do you mean by in November?

When I joined VJ back in January my estimate was July 28th to August 1st. Then it went down about to weeks to July 15ish and not it's back up to more or less the same date (July 28th). But it's been high for quite awhile now. At least mine had. My NoA1 is January 16 btw.

Ever since I joined (January) till they started reviewing the November cases my timeline didn't ever really move. Then when the old system stopped updating (end of June) my timeline went all the way up to August 20, then it recently changed to August 11. My NOA1 is January 26 :( ten days after your, i hope you get yours quick!! :)
