in November my timeline said July 31- August 4... then suddenly it went up to August 14- August 20 something...then yesterday it said August 6th and now August 7th- August 12. I check it every day (except for weekends) :P Mine at the beginning did not move at all even when i heard that other's timelines moved but then it suddenly started moving.

As far as I am aware, based on the data, it doesn't look like they truly started January. The reason I say that is the only January NOA1s we are seeing approved are all only new website which is accelerated by 5 days. The old NOA1s are showing December dates. I could be wrong but based only off what I am seeing. Either way we are basically here

The approval for a Jan 2nd NOA1 applicant that was approved today looks like a legit January approval.  The noa1 date was captured from the old website as well as the approval date.  Hopefully, we will start seeing a lot more.

What about WAC1890104972 dated on January 4th? I am not sure how the overall monthly scans work but I see that as approved on case tracker dated for today.

I responded to this before I checked the database.  The NOA1 received date for this case is 12/27/2017 and not January 4.  There is a lot of confusion about the received date, but 2 months ago when the case still had a status of "Case Received" the date published in the old website was captured and that  date was 12/27/2017.    The website can only report one status at a time.  Once the status changes, the previous status is no longer available.  That is why the case statuses have to be captured ahead of time.  The scans are currently running and will complete in about an hour.  Hope there were more approvals since noon.

What do you mean by in November?

When I joined VJ back in January my estimate was July 28th to August 1st. Then it went down about to weeks to July 15ish and not it's back up to more or less the same date (July 28th). But it's been high for quite awhile now. At least mine had. My NoA1 is January 16 btw.

Congratulations January filers. I hope you all get approved soon.

It looks like the wait is getting longer again. There were a few weeks where 185 looked to be the average. December slowed down again and the average is back to 197. I hope and pray this trend will turn around for you all soon. ^_^

thank you for this encouragement!

Today's scans.

I saw the 01/26/2018 approval and realized that is my date.  I rushed to check my status to make sure, even though I figured it was an expedited case.  It wasn't me, but it was exciting just thinking it was possible.
