Hi everyone!

Sent the I-129F package via priority mail 2-day on 01/17/2018. Still no electronic receipt on 01/23/2018. Wonder if the shutdown delayed things. Delivery confirmed 01/22/2018. Check not yet cashed.

I guess this will have to be me for the next week or so:

Mailed December 26 to the Texas lockbox, received in California on January 11.  Notice on the 17th, I received notice yesterday (23rd).  I'm from NY, she's in Israel.

in reading around here, it looks like we will be RFEd for not having a divorce decree or birth certificate translated.  Is there any way to send these translations as an add on to the application?

And at what point do I show evidence that I can sponsor her?

   Thanks!

You'll have to wait for an RFE before sending additional documents. Fortunately, it's usually pretty quick turnaround time from that point.

For sponsorship, you'll need to provide your fiancée with a completed I-134 form for her to take with her to her interview at the consulate.

Hello all, I'm having some trouble interpreting the following graphs and wanted to see  if anyone could help. I thought that the Vermont service center didn't process any K1 visas. So I'm just curious to know why they have a graph on the Vermont service center.

If I remember correctly, I think Vermont only process special cases...like ones where there's criminal history etc is involved. It's one of those places where you don't want your application sent, apparently!
