Follow the instructions found here https://www.uscis.gov/tools/get-e-mail-updates/email-updates-what-you-need-know.

After getting notified and receiving your NOA2 send an email to NVC asking for them to email both you and your fiancé if any updates occur. In the past they have replied when your case was received from USCIS, another when your case number has been assigned and when your case is being sent out to your Embassy without you having to make any further queries by phone. Here is where you send this information to:

Email address: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Subject: Your receipt #

Body: Petitioner's Complete Name Birthday ; Beneficiary's Complete Name Birthday

Or use the online form

https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php

This is AWESOME!!!! @Greenbaum THANK YOU for the information ♥️🙃☺️

Hi Guys, Since we are nearing NOA2. Quick question on I-134. I'm so confused.

1. Is he(my fiance) going to fill this up and send to USCIS?

2. If yes, is he going to receive something from USCIS?

3. If no, is he just going to fill this up then send a copy to me? or the original one?

Thanks!!

Hello. If you have not already please check this the guide:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Scroll to the part where it says: What to send to your fiance once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)

This will tell you what you need to send your fiance.

Also check here for an example of the formed filled out if you need help with that: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples/

Do not forget to check the i-134 instructions and to include the necessary items to include with the i-134

How far in advance should I start getting the stuff together for the i-134? Would it be too soon to start now? I don't want the employment letters or bank letters to be too old when the interview happens.

I've started to fill out the i-134 form and ordered my tax transcript for the last 3 years. I am waiting until NOA2 to get the rest of the information. But already notified my employer and bank that I will be needing this information just so that they are aware :)

You have a NOA2 from Aug 7 of 2017??? Doesn't seem right. You should have had your visa by now. Tell us a little more of what is going on. Maybe I can help.

Rereading it I have to agree with you. That was driving me . I guess I would say 2-4 weeks after NOA2 might be a educated guess but things can change on a dime around here.

Sorry just got around to checking here again.

Not 2017, correct that I'm hoping to have it around August 7th, 2018. I have a trip planned to the Philippines September 1-16, would work out great if the interview fell in that range.

Also, I am a guy lol
