Yes you can  Just keep in mind that you might get asked some extra questions because of your pending k1 application. It is smart to bring proof that you have commitments back home (a job, studies, proof of renting a home etc.), just in case they ask.

Hello! Sorry, I have never posted on this thread before but I was just wondering how do I know if my case has been "touched"? 

Is that the same thing as just checking case status on the website? Thank you.

Yeah I also noticed that and wondered myself. Ill just be happy if I get the approval this month and not in August lol

 

But the thing is that we don't know what they're actually doing with them. Maybe it's a background check or maybe anything that they do to the cases they put that. Maybe my case was touched before yours and touched again on the 18th, but only the last date shows, but I would like to know lol. I was reading that some people get these emails monthly or twice a month. Now I'm curious lol

The thing is that I don't remember turning on notifications for case touches. But I'll check with my fiancée later tonight and get back to you on whether we turned on those notifications or not.

OMG.... I am almost 100% sure that Monday of next week we will be seeing approvals for January ! Go USCIS..... start Januaryyy!!   I hope the world cup ends with TONS of January approvals hehe!!

I was thinking to go to visit my fiancé in usa. but, I prefer no take the risk and spend that money.... I miss him a lot..

That’s just automated notification from the new site. Some people even get it after noa2. You can turn it off from settings.

Unfortunately it is an automated notification from the new website. They do not really send notification for each touch but only send case updates such as rfe and approvals.

We are jan 25 received. I’m right there with you. I was thinking to go on a visit but I would much rather wait until he is approved and interviewed God willing. I am planning on meeting him in Turkey on his layover and us make a trip of it and us fly into the US together ♥️♥️
