Guysss..... let's start guessing. When do you guys think USCIS will start January???? I really really think they will do what they did with December...they will touch January on July 2 but not fully work on it until July 9!

It be 2 weeks before January gets touched. Seems there on about the 20th or 21st ATM.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

That would mean that even the earliest January filers that get approved 1st would have a Noa2 time of 190 plus days. From examining the other months, that would make Janaury the 1st month in who knows how long with zero approvals under 190 days.(not including expedite) If they dont speed up average processing time at this rate will change to 6 to 8 months raising inquiry date to 240days

Seems dec been a slow month. Can't recall what day they started getting approvals. Does seem it's getting longer and longer as each month passes. I'm a February 2nd flier and tbh I don't for see a approval until September at the earliest. But to me I'm in no hurry. It happens when it happens. I can't put a foot in there a$$ to make them work faster. Trying to enjoy the weather and relax. All that can b done.

They started December on June 1st (on pag. 105 of December trend) and they weren't even half way with November. So, I am hoping they do the same with January. Crossing my fingers!! :)

If I recall correctly November start dates were the middle of the month. Which made no sense at all

Yeah, November was a very crazy month (they started at the middle of the month instead of working on November 1st) But then December started with December 1st on June 1st. With USCIS we really don't know what to expect but i really hope to get my NOA2 at around 180-190 days. :)

Ducks are very social & get stressed if not in a group. I got them for egg laying (slightly larger & more omega 3s than chicken eggs) so the more the merrier. lol! Nearly done with their day pen but had to order more wire mesh. They live inside in a toasty warm brooder box for now. Since it is warm here, they will go outside in the daytime when they are a week old & come inside at night. When they are bigger they will free range  in a pasture & have a (hopefully predator proof) house at night.

oh wow! have u given them names yet?

Both November and December had a little movement right at the beginning of the month, but didn't really start to get going until the 8th (for both). It seems December is being processed about 1 business day slower than November was, when I did some comparisons last week....

Yes! Agreed! All the ppl saying they are only on Dec 20 - we know they hit at least one Dec 20 case 2 weeks ago. The truth is, we don't know what they're on! And the info we had before was just bits and pieces of the whole. So I will choose to believe they are further down the line. We have too little info for facts & figures to be of much use.

I know they will slow down b/c of the holiday this week 😕 But hope they return refreshed & ready to roll!

Lol! Yeh I told my sister it would be funny if we gave them stripper-esque names. I was just kidding but she ran w/ it. So they are Amber, Candi, Krystal, & Destini.

I do know lovely ppl with all those names (except Candi - don't know any Candis)
