Alright guys...it seems that we are on our own now. No more scans and no more knowing what dates they are working on!! :(

But at least we got far....we know they are on December 20. Let's hope that they are working on all the 20's this week and that they start January next week. We won't really know until someone posts about their approvals... this is making me anxious!!! Also, they worked on my case on June 25 because I had sent a letter to them on June 20 with some information. I had forgotten to answer a question on my application and did not want to wait to get an RFE, so I sent them a letter with the correction and according to the old website my inquiry was assigned and completed by an officer on the 25th. It also says they sent me a response, so I am waiting on that.

Lets hope to see January approvals soon!! <3

yes we made it far I knew it was a matter of time before the scans became obsolete :( lets do our best to communicate all approvals, RFEs, and update our timelines.... we are definitely on the horizon good luck Janubees!

Usually we would see a few withdrawals being processed right around the time they decided to start that month, but it's not like its hundreds or even 20, 30, 40.... You might see like 8 that day, instead of the random 1 here and there.

I'm afraid though, that perhaps the "old" website (which is what the scans and case tracker phone apps use) is really being phased out now, as I saw no updates the last 2 days for October, November, or December...

I can only speak to K1s.

Rejections happen basically immediately when you first submitted the application. Rejections are for things like: Didn't pay the right money, didn't use the right form, didn't sign the form, etc....

So as long as you got NOA1 / Case Received, your case was not rejected. And then it just waits until they adjudicate it or you withdraw it.

I've seen very very few denials at this USCIS stage, and i suspect they come from things like bad background checks or people who could not overcome an RFE / didn't meet the 2 year requirement. I've seen less than 1% of these I think, I can look at the stats I have tonight. So it seems for the most part, almost everyone has their case approved eventually.  Most of the denials seem to happen at the embassy stage, if it's going to be denied for one reason or another and at that point it is usually because they don't think the relationship is real, or something else about the beneficiary the CO doesn't like (based on my gut feeling of what I read on here over the last year).

Phone app isn't going to do any good if they aren't updated the old website anymore, which there hasn't been any updates for October, November, or December the last 2 days. We'll see if that trend continues. It very likely could be dead.

I am not that up to date on the app as I have no need to use one. Do you know for sure that any data is being pulled from the old site? Just curious.

send it to the address that is listed on the bottom left corner of you NOA1. Also, be sure to add a copy of your NOA1 and to sign the letter as well.

Thank you.   I think I made a mistake, I was in the military for 23 years and on the question “have you ever lived in another country “ I typed in 2 countries I was stationed in for an extended period of time.  However,  technically I didn’t live there, I was stationed there due to my military service.  I think it’s best I clear that up.  Do you think that is the correct method to correct?  The link you provided?  Thank you
