So I am confused.  On the NOA 1 hard copy I got it has a received date and a notice date.  My receive date is 1/31/2018 and my notice date is 2/5/2018.  On the old site it says, "On January 31, 2018, we received your Form I-129F.  On the new site is says, "February 5, 2018 - We received your case"  So which is my NOA1 date?  Which do I go by the January 31, 2018 or February 5, 2018?  Thanks.

The scans being processed by people on vj are based on the old website.  For the scans I have run you would be counted as a January 31 filer.  The date you put in the vj timeline for noa1 is up to you, but I would use the Jan 31 date to be consistent with the scans being processed.

Your NOA1 is Feb 5, 2018. This is the date all your info from your I-129F was entered into the computer system. To be honest, your Received Date is more valuable as once daily scans (once Jan starts) you will be 01/31 on the graph. Also, your enquiry date (should you run past 210 days) will link to your received date 01/31. Hope that makes sense. 

 

Hoping they touch the 12/26 received date by July, doubtful (but having faith here).
