Whooooa! Our received date was January 12 but the date on the uscis site it’s using the notice date.  Which date should I be relying on?  Either or, we’ve hit our 5 month mark!

I'm with you too! i am a january 26th filer ....sooo..maybe at the beginning of July they will start January but we might get approved until the end of july/ beginning of august.

I got the same email, i do not know why. Mine said June 1st but i never send any inquiry or did anything in June. I am also thinking that maybe our application was sent out for the background check thing.. it's just a guess.. i'm not really sure because i had never gotten any email before.

Just checked on the new website and now i think i might be considered a February filer   on the old site my received date is January 26th  and on the new one its February 1st...womp womp...

at this point either or with the switching to the new system I dont think anyone has a definite answer to the question as to which date to follow. However if there is someone doing scans for our month it will go based on your received date.
