Fingers crossed!! Also, i've been lurking the July threads and there seems to be quite a lot of movement for the months from the scans--even for the late July filers. Also rumors of starting August soon. Small light shining at the end of the tunnel?? I also just want the NOA1 to arrive, to start actually counting down as you said. Right now I don't know if this week we've been waiting even counts towards the wait!

It was! At like..5am or something like that XD

 

My fiance sent it last Tuesday, the 9th I think? It was supposed to get delivered on the 12th but got delayed somewhere. :)

Let's hope so! Every morning I hope to wake up to loads of surprise approval letters for June and July. And the sooner the NOA1's arrives the better! :D

Oh nice! My fiancé sent ours on the 12th and was delivered on the 16th. Crossing fingers for NOA1 by tomorrow or next week even. I keep checking the thread in case you commented in getting the NOA1 so I can remind my fiancé to check his emails and text messages! Hehehe

Agreed! Is it too much to hope for NOA2 in July? @Jlomartin We're all in this together! Hope you get the NOA1 soon, and I'll update if I get anything ofc!

Haha! Its a journey.  I just had my K1 interview last week, and waiting for my Visa.  The hardest part was waiting for NOA 2.  It was 6 long months.

Hello! I got a text message today saying that our case was received. I'm kinda kicking myself for not getting everything together in December. I sent in the package via FedEx on Jan 10 and got a courier delivery confirmation on Jan 12.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think we ended up with CSC due to where I live. I'm really hoping the projected 7 month wait til NOA2 is inaccurate. 

 

I should be more excited but all I feel is impatience and apprehension 😂

Got my NOA1!!! WAC#1890113331. It says receipt date was January 12, so these days have been counting at least! First week down, (too) many to go. @RambaCat Maybe your receipt date will also be January 12! My notifications for USPS had said that no one had picked up the packet until Tuesday but the letter says January 12!

Hi Everyone,

 

Question!  Can someone clarify... when receiving the NOA2 this still has to be sent to NVC and then we would receive our package to do the medical and interview?  This would be approximately 6 months after the NOA1 is received?

 

For us January filers when are we all expecting to have our actual Visa on hand by?  Thanks for the feedback in advance!

Hi! Philippines beneficiary here! We mailed our packet January 4 and it was received January 5.  We received the NOA1 January 17 and hoping for smooth process all the way!!

I don't think my fiance has had anything yet for us, but I asked him to check his email just in case!

For noa1 to noa 2 it is currently taking about 7 months, and there are also some who are waiting even longer.

 

noa2 to NVC is taking around 4-8 weeks, 

and then NVC sends cases usually taking 7-14 days

 

after that it depends on the embassy.

 

i would give a 10-12 months with current timelines.

 

however, I would say youcan get a better estimate around when they start October and November cases, because they are closer to your date. So you can see them if these timelines for shorter or longer.

Hello there every. 

 

Just out of curiosity, how many pages did your i-129f packet contain? Our packet contained 52 pages, including all the necessary forms, but i see that some people have 100 or more pages.

 

We also didn't put any Skype or email logs as proof. We put some plane tickets, my ds2019s of when I was in the us on a scholarship and pictures of us every year since 2013, which was when we started dating. 

 

Do you guys believe that's enough proof of our relationship or do you believe that they'll want to see emails and Skype logs between us?
